12 Week Figure Coaching
This is a comprehensive diet, training, and cardio plan designed for the figure competitor preparing for a contest or series of contests. Additional show fees may be applicable if you would like Tad Inoue to attend your show and coach on site the day of your competition. Digital photos will be required before and during the program to evaluate progress. *Note: This program starts once Tad the Diet Coach give you a program to start. Your coaching with Tad is non-transferable and can not be held or delayed for any reasons, unless expressly accepted by Tad Inoue. Once you are given a program to start it is your responsibility to start the program and your coaching will expire at the end of your paid term.

Diet Recipe Cookbook (Hardback Version)
This is the hard bound version of our Diet Recipe Cookbook. With over 40 recipes great for contest dieting and anyone who wants to eat healthier and lose weight. Included are chicken, fish, turkey, and red meat dishes as well as special no-to-low carb and non-fat sauces to use on your food.

Coach's Choice Whey Protein

Spray Tanning Services (at selected events)
Tadthedietcoach.com is proud to offer spray tanning for all who want great competition color. We use Jan Tana competition color and a professional spray tanning system with spray tents and a professional spray gun for the best quality end results. We will set up a location at each event with you. Typically we will be at the host hotel at least one day before your event. You will be contacted via email or phone once you have purchased the service to put you on the official schedule. This service is $75 total. It is listed as $63 with a $12 handling fee. (Special Note: Please shower and shave at least 5 hours before tanning and do not use any soaps or lotions on your skin.)
